Films   Information TAUBE FOUNDATION'S JEWISH HERITAGE TOURS THE OTHER EUROPEANS European project   Friends		The „SoCalled” Movie (2009) Gerry Beite Josh Dolgin aka SoCalled is a known klezmer hip-hop artist who likes to innovate using themes and strings from different musical forms. With a creative mind and a real talent for knowing really good music, this documentary movie shows his exploits and performance in different places that include Paris, New York, Marseille, Toronto, Odessa, Montreal, Lyon and Harlem. This film is presented in 18 fun and entertaining short films, joined together to showcase his musical journey with many musical figures like Katie Moore, Master Cellist Matt Haimovitz, James Brown Trombonist Fred Wesley, Lounge Legend Irving Fields and Virtuoso Clarinetist David Krakauer. back
