Anda Rottenberg, an art historian, critic, and exhibition curator, is chairperson of the Institute for the Promotion of Art Foundation. For years, she ran the Zachęta Art Gallery. Her autobiography, Proszę bardzo (W.A.B. Publishing House, 2009) is a family saga in which everyday life is interwoven with historical events.
